Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect and why. We aim to collect only what we need to run your store.

Crochetify is operated by Tracker LLC. In this policy, "Crochetify," "we," and "us" mean Tracker LLC.

What we collect

Account details (your name and email), store content you create, and basic analytics about visits to your storefront. When shoppers buy, payment and shipping details are handled by Stripe; we store order records (items, totals, and shipping address) so you can fulfill them.

How we use it

To operate your store, process orders, send transactional emails (like order notifications and password resets), and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers

We rely on trusted providers including Stripe (payments), our hosting and database providers, and an email provider for transactional mail. They process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions. Storefront carts are stored in your browser. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

Following a shop

When you follow a shop, that shop's owner can see that you follow it: your first name and last initial and your profile photo, or your shop's name and logo if you run one on the marketplace. They never see your email address. Nobody else can see who follows a shop. If you turn off "Show my name on my follows" in the app's Settings or on your account page, your follow is counted and the owner never sees who you are. The change covers shops you followed before. Unfollow a shop to leave its list.

Likes

Comments always show who wrote them. A like on a post or a comment shows a number, and your name only if you choose. We ask once, in the app or when you sign in to a Club. If you choose to show your name, anyone who opens a like count sees your name and profile photo, as a comment shows them, and the maker whose post or comment it is sees your name in their notification. If you keep your likes private, your like is counted and never named. You can change this at any time in the app's Settings or on your account page, and the change covers likes you made before. Saving a product is always private: nobody sees what you saved.

Your choices

You can update your account details or delete your store at any time. To delete your account and its data, follow the steps at crochetify.app/account-deletion, which also says what we keep and for how long. For any other data request, email hello@crochetify.app.
