Welcome to Crochetify. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Your account

You're responsible for your account, the products you list, and the content you upload. You must own or have the right to sell everything you offer, including any patterns and photos. Don't use Crochetify for anything illegal or to infringe someone else's rights.

Subscriptions and fees

Crochetify is offered as a paid monthly subscription per store. Your store's checkout stays off until your subscription is active. Crochetify takes 0% of your sales; payment processing fees are charged by Stripe directly. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.

Payments and payouts

Sales are processed through Stripe Connect and paid out to your connected Stripe account. You're responsible for fulfilling orders, honoring your stated policies, and handling customer support, refunds, and any taxes you owe.

Content and conduct

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Crochetify a limited license to host and display it so we can run your store. We may remove content or suspend stores that violate these terms.

No AI-generated product images

Crochetify is built for real, handmade crochet, and shoppers come here trusting that every photo shows an actual item made by a real person. Product images must be genuine photographs of the real item you are selling. For digital patterns, any artwork must be your own original work or properly licensed. Ordinary photo editing such as cropping, straightening, or adjusting lighting is welcome; generating or faking a product image with AI is not.

AI-generated and AI-synthesized product images are prohibited anywhere on Crochetify, including listings, storefronts, link-in-bio pages, and anything else you publish through us. We enforce this with a two-strike policy: the first time we find an AI-generated product image, we remove it and send you a warning; a second violation results in your store being suspended or permanently closed. We may act without prior warning in cases of deliberate or repeated abuse.

Crochetify is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes
