Payments run on Stripe, the same processor trusted by millions of businesses, from tiny one-person shops to companies as large as Amazon. Stripe handles the secure checkout, the card processing, and paying your money out to your bank, so you get bank-level security without setting any of it up yourself. You connect your account in a few minutes during onboarding.

The money from your sales is deposited into your own bank account by Stripe. You connect your bank during onboarding, which takes a few minutes, and after that your payouts are automatic. The first payout takes a few days while Stripe verifies your details, then the money lands on a regular rolling schedule. Crochetify never holds your funds or takes a cut.

Crochetify takes 0% of your sales, on every plan. You pick a flat monthly plan starting at $9 and that is the only thing you pay us. The one other cost is the standard card processing fee charged by Stripe (in the US, 2.9% + 30 cents per sale), the same kind of fee you would pay on Etsy, Shopify, or anywhere else that takes cards. That fee goes to Stripe, not to us.

No, and we never even see full card numbers. Card details are entered into Stripe's own secure checkout and handled entirely by Stripe, which is certified to the highest level of payment security (PCI Service Provider Level 1, the same standard the major banks use). Your customers get a checkout they already recognize and trust, and the sensitive data never touches Crochetify's servers.

Yes, on the Pro plan. Connect a web address you own (also called a domain) so your shop lives at yourshop.com, with no extra branding in the address bar. Every shop also gets a free Crochetify address to share right away, on any plan.

Yes. Every Pro plan includes a link-in-bio page that matches your shop, with your products, links, and socials stacked on one fast page. Set it as the one link in your Instagram or TikTok profile and followers land somewhere they can actually buy. You can also share it as a QR code at markets and fairs.

Yes. You can import your listings, and even your reviews, from Etsy, so you are not starting from a blank page or re-typing everything by hand. Bring your catalog over in a few clicks and pick up right where you left off.

Yes. There is no contract, and you can cancel in two clicks from your billing settings. Your shop and products stay saved if you ever want to come back. One thing to know: a custom web address (domain) is billed separately from your plan. If you bought it through Crochetify, cancel it from your domain settings; if you registered it with another provider, it stays billed by them and you will need to cancel it there too.
