Crochetify subscriptions
Your Crochetify subscription is billed monthly. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard, and your store stays active until the end of the billing period. We don't pro-rate partial months.
Purchases from a shop
Each shop on Crochetify sets and handles its own refund policy. Crochetify is the platform, not the seller. For a refund or a question about an order, contact the shop you bought from directly; their policy is shown on their storefront.
Digital patterns
Because digital patterns are delivered instantly and can't be returned, many shops sell them as final-sale. Check the shop's policy before purchasing.
Sellers
Sellers can issue full refunds to customers directly from their Crochetify dashboard, which refunds the payment through Stripe.
